Delivery Time/Processing Time?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of orders currently being processed. Domestic orders will generally arrive 1-7 business days after being shipped depending on shipping method selected. I can ship your order internationally too. Shipping methods will be through USPS.
Is there an order minimum?
Please note: Minimum order subtotal of $5.00 (USD) is required to place an order. If your order sub-total falls below this amount, you will be charged a $1.00 small order fee, unless what you are looking
for is something that I did in past and kept some extra stickers then there wont be minimum order.
What custom products can you produce? What if I have an idea for a custom product?
ET Extreme Graphics production capabilities extend way beyond anything I could ever list on my website. From vinyl graphics to window stickers to banners, I can create it. The creative part is up to you! If you have a custom graphic or sticker that needs to be produced for your project, contact me! The chances are great that I can produce it and it will stay looking nice for years. With my die-cut stickers, I can create any custom lettering that you need. This lettering can be used on signs, boats, vehicles, motorcycles, products, or any smooth surface.
How do I order my custom design? What is the process to get my design from my computer to your machine?
The easiest way to order your design and receive a quote is to e-mail me every bit of information you have about your order. Even that this is my second job (more like a hobby) that I do after work (first job), most customers are amazed at the speed and accuracy of the e-mails I return. Most are returned within few hours, and every e-mail is returned within 24 hours.
What type of payments are accepted?
For now I will be accepting ONLY Money Orders & PayPal payments.
How much is the setup charge for orders?
FREE! I do not believe in charging the customer setup fees. I know how expensive advertising your business to be. I like to delete costs where I can to help the customer put the money elsewhere. A little extra work on my part is worth it for a happy customer.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The time for your production will vary, but I try diligently to try to get the orders out to you as fast as possible. My standard turnaround time for custom sticker order is 7-10 days, unless you live near me. Most orders follow this standard as well. The size and detail of your order will depend on the shipping time. I will keep you updated if my initial estimate for arrival time is exceeded so you are never left wondering where your order is.
How much is shipping for my order?
Free Shipping and Handling all over United States. International orders made from Canada & Mexico starts at $1.03, while from other countries it will depend where are you located. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
What format should my file be in when I e-mail it to you?
I recommend the file being in .EPS or .AI format. If you dont have it in one of those formats, and have high quality images, that will work too. These file sizes are higher quality formats and I can produce a better die-cut with them. If created your file originally in these formats, then drawing in a cut line around the outside edge will tell the machine to cut the vinyl around your printed design according to that line.
Are my colors limited with your production type?
NO. There is XXX different colors, that makes both my and your job easier and have very good chances to match color of you car, motorcycle, etc.
How difficult is it to apply my stickers, will they come off when I wash my car?
Applying your stickers is a simple peel and stick process. Make sure you check out "Installation Tips & Tricks" on the right side under column "Information". They will not come off when you wash your car - they are permanent adhesive that wont be removed with normal washing.
What is the largest/smallest sticker you can produce?
I can produce your computer cut stickers up to 23.75". The smallest dimensions depends ultimately on your design for this process as each sticker is hand peeled by me.
How accurate is your machine, can I rely on ETExtremeGraphics.com to produce my image accurately?
Yes you can! I know that you will only expect the best quality from me. I put the extra effort into every order to ensure every detail is correct with every sticker. I dont receive complaints because I am so upfront with the customer about their order. I ask BEFORE I make any changes to ensure they are well received. Communication and quality is the key to making you happy and I excel in this!
Can I see a test sticker before they are all cut & ready?
I currently do not offer test stickers before cutting due to my production rate, but I can send you a digital picture after the order is completed to ensure everything looks great with your order.
What type of materials do you use, will they last for my sign and vehicle needs?
Most of the time I use 1-10 years outdoor life material by Oracal & sometimes (if customer ask for it) 2-8 years by Avery.
I dont see what I need on your site, does that mean you cant produce it?
Vinyl has so many different uses, that the easiest way to find out if I can produce what you need is to contact me. I have produced the most basic orders to the most extreme. All of the most extreme orders were started with a simply email asking if I could produce what was needed.
I need faster shipping, do you provide this?
I do offer faster shipping and production for your orders. I can ship your order next day but its gonna cost you more. I can shorten your production time depending on your specific needs.
I will be using my stickers around harsh outdoor conditions, can I rely on your products?
I have personally tested all of my custom stickers and banners to ensure they will hold up to your abuse. I recommend cleaning the surface two to three times to ensure the adhesive can work properly.
Do you produce stickers for the inside of windows?
ET Extreme Graphics vinyl stickers cannot be applied to the inside of windows. I recommend exterior application as interior application makes the sticker difficult to view when window tent is applied.
Where are the breaks in pricing for bulk sticker orders?
Yes I do and up to 60% in fact!

A little about your banners?
EnduraMAX™ is a technologically superior and new style of banners, it is Hi-Heat seamed, not stitched for a long lasting finished look. Hi-Heat finishes seams with temperatures higher than 1000Ý F! This means the seams are molecularly fused to become one long lasting unit. The banner will degrade before the seam gives out.
How do I hang my banner?
There are as many ways to hang banners as there are places to hang them. I provide metal grommets every 2-3 feet across the top & bottom of the banner. The most common approach is to use string, rope or bungee cords to attach the grommets to whatever the situation offers in terms of tie points. If you are hanging your banner where wind will be a factor you should make an extra effort to keep the banner taut and minimize its ability to whip in the wind.
How should I store my banner when it is not in use?
Given some care your ET Extreme Graphics banner can give you years of service. Cleaning can be done with soap and water or isopropyl alcohol. When storing it roll it-never fold it---with the graphics facing OUT!
What kind of banner material do you use?
I use 10 & 13 oz EnduraMAX™ Premium Banners, where 13oz is more durable material than 10oz.
What size of banners can I order and how much they cost?
There is 20 different sizes (feets) and they are:

There is 6 different colors and they are: Black, Blue, Green, Red, White & Yellow.

Do you have all sizes/colors in stock?
No, since I started this business not a while ago, Im still in process of expanding my business needs, and if I dont have it in stock whatever you are looking for I can get it in short time.
Can I get my logo or any other special graphic on my banner?
Yes, you can.
How long will it take to get a proof of my banner?
On business days I will e-mail you a proof within 24 hours. While on weekend days it will be much faster.
Suppose I want to make changes to the proof you send me?
Simply REPLY making whatever comments or changes you would like to see. I will make the changes and e-mail you a second proof, within 24 hours.
How long will it take to get my banner after I approve the proof?
Depending on the time of day I receive your approval I will ship the same day or the next business day. Once I turn your banner over to USPS, you will receive an e-mail notice of shipment and the tracking number.
